Since the 1st of March 2023 my knowledge and experience is at your disposal! I will be spending most of my time as head of standards with chain4travel, but I am open to small projects within my expertise to help our friends in the industry.
In the last 20 years I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience in travel technology. Travel distribution, tendencies and strategies. We have been using methodologies like Agile and Kanban. We have been migrating monoliths to micro services using the latest technologies. We went from GUI, middle ware and database teams to full stack micro teams. I am now focusing on travel distribution via blockchain technology.
Before coming to Mallorca in 2001, I have been active in IT of the Dutch financial sector acquiring Prince project management certification and becoming an ITIL service manager.
Originally I have studied automobile design at the HTS Autotechniek in Apeldoorn and I am still dedicating a lot of my spare time to that area.
